Thanks for all your suggestions for 'writing' books, Stephen King seems very popular and sounds like an interesting read.

I was just wondering if anyone is entering the Amazon Breakthrough Novel award contest?
I've just been having a look, but the young adult section is for novels over 50,000 words and I'm not quite there yet and don't suppose I will be by early Feb when the comp closes.
I'm always looking out for places to sub to and then when I find one I get all nervous and daunted by the whole thing. I'm such a wimp :)
